The kazoo chorus was a hit again this year. Everyone has a great sense of humor, and we have a lot of fun with the assembled families. Another evidence of the humor is Bill and Anna's porta-potty yard display, seen below. (Yes, that is a real porta-potty.) As you can see, we had quite a bit of snow and ice, starting on Christmas Eve and extending for several days. Alan had a slight adventure in my car. He skated backwards down a section of Woodridge Avenue, ending up with the car half in the ditch--marooned and unmovable. AAA refused to come tow us out, saying the weather was too dangerous for their trucks. They said to call them back when the weather got better! For this I have paid them money for 31 years! The five Gamble/Paradis/Spear guys muscled it out the next day. Thanks guys! We appreciate it.
