Bill Gamble March 13, 1927 - November 13, 2017

Alan's father died at home early Monday morning.  He was 90 years old and had been declining in health for some time, so it was not unexpected.  Susie and Charlotte were both here, and all the Spear children were able to come to see him during the last week of his life.  You can see his obituary at this website:  http://www.hamlettdobson.com/obituaries/.  He was a most remarkable person in so many ways, and a wonderful father-in-law to me.  I may write more about him at a later date.
